Trip Cost Formula
First, calculate the fuel required for the journey.
Fuel Required = Distance ÷ Mileage
Then multiply the fuel required by the fuel price.
Trip Fuel Cost = Fuel Required × Fuel Price
For example, a 500 km journey with a mileage of 18 km/l and fuel price of ₹100 per litre requires approximately 27.78 litres and costs approximately ₹2,777.78.
